Prices : All prices quoted on this website are effective as of Aptil 1, 2007 and can be assumed to be true and correct. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any price displayed and advertised on the wensite will be honored. All prices in U.S. Dollars.
Terms: Credit card payments, money order, and personal check will be accepted. Credit card payments will be conducted through PAYPAL. The services of PAYPAL are avialable to anyone with a valid email address and a credit card. Purchases paid by personal check will not be shipped until the check clears.
Taxes: Prices include the Federal Sportfishing Excise Tax where applicable. Pennsylvania residents will be charged the 6% PA state sales tax.
Shortages: Any shortage or other issues with your order need to be reported within five (5) days of receipt. We promise to make every order right.
Backorders: Due to the many components available in the rodbuilding trade it is difficult for a supplier to keep every available item in stock at all times. Backorders happen more often then we would like. If you order an out-of-stock item you will be contacted ASAP and notified of the situation. We will then work to fullfill the complete order without further delay. A separate shipping charge will be applied to the backordered items but you will never be charged a "backorder fee" such as that of some other suppliers charge.
Satisfaction : Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We will work to make every order right. We will return any product you purchase but you are responsible for return shipping. You must contact us within 10 days of reciept to recieve a return authorization. Your money will not be refunded until we recieve the item and ensure that it is the same condition as we shipped it you. Damage claims resulting from shipping should be filed with the carrier.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Many of our orders are shipped to you directly from our main supplier. We do not know the exact shipping charge until we get the bill. Therefore, we need to estimate shipping charges and bill you accordingly. WE HAVE NO INTENT TO PROFIT FROM SHIPPING CHARGES, if you pay more than three (3) dollars above the actual shipping charge we will apply that excess as a credit to your next order.You will be notified by e-mail if a credit has been applied to your account. A signature will be required upon delivery.
The cost to ship blanks is not only for the shipping cost alone. Delicate graphite blanks need to be shipped in special containers that cost more than just a regular cardboard box. These containers are usually specialized cardboard or PVC tubes. The cost of the shipping containers and labor to package them are added into the final fee. Agian, we do not intend to profit from the extra fees needed to cover shipping these items.

If your components can safely fit shipped inside the blank tube you will only be charged the blank only price : $16.95
